This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for vignette purchases made through EVIGNETTE.

1. Before Purchase on Official Portal

If the vignette has not yet been purchased on the official portal, cancellation and a full refund may be possible. Contact support immediately.

2. After Purchase on Official Portal

Once the vignette has been purchased on the official portal, the refund depends on the rules of the specific country. Some countries do not allow refunds under any circumstances.

3. Country-Specific Rules

Romania: No refunds are possible under any circumstances. This is clearly stated before payment.

Other countries:Refunds may be possible depending on the status of the order and the country's regulations.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 48 business hours. Bank processing may take an additional 3–10 business days.
